He served in the United States Army for 36 years and retired at the rank of Colonel. He also retired from the State of Florida, Department of Juvenile, holding positions as Detention Supervisor, Probation Officer, Academy Instructor, and Courtroom Liaison. Chef Rock is dedicated to harness his experience, education, professional networks, and spiritual values to give back to the community which advanced him to where he is today.
